BizYeet Privacy Notice
Version: 1.0.1 Effective date: August 29, 2026 Organization: Bizyeet Business Automation Solutions, doing business as BizYeet ("BizYeet", "we", "us", or "our") Privacy and legal contact: [email protected] Postal address: 68 Coopers Heights Southwest, Airdrie, Alberta, Canada T4B 2S1
1. Scope
This Privacy Notice explains how BizYeet collects, uses, safeguards, retains, and discloses personal information when you visit our websites, request or use the Services, contact us, or accept our legal documents. It applies to our business activities in Canadian provinces. It does not replace rights or obligations imposed by applicable privacy law.
2. Information we collect
Depending on your interaction, we may collect identity and contact information; account, billing, support, and correspondence records; Customer Content processed through the Services at your direction; device, browser, log, security, approximate network, usage, configuration, and integration information.
We also collect agreement-evidence information: the version, locale, canonical URL, and SHA-256 digest of each document presented; time of acceptance; signer name, business name, and email supplied; authority and electronic-consent confirmations; route, action, request identifier, application revision; and security-protective digests of network or device evidence.
3. Why we use information
We use personal information to provide, operate, secure, support, bill for, and improve the Services; communicate with you; comply with law; enforce our agreements; prevent fraud and abuse; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We use agreement-evidence information specifically to prove what was presented and accepted, link a valid acceptance to an account or request, prevent duplicate or altered acceptance records, and resolve disputes.
We collect, use, and disclose personal information only for reasonable identified purposes, except where applicable law permits or requires otherwise. We do not require consent beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide requested Services or another identified legitimate purpose.
4. Consent and choices
Where consent is required, we seek it in a form appropriate to sensitivity and purpose. You may withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice; withdrawal may prevent us from providing a feature or the Services. Contractual agreement acceptance is separate from optional marketing choices. To ask a question, withdraw a non-required consent, or update information, contact [email protected].
5. Disclosure and service providers
We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure, operate, support, analyze, process payments for, or communicate about the Services. They may use information only to perform services for us or as law permits. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, sale of assets, legal obligation, lawful request, or to protect rights, safety, security, or property.
Customer Content is processed at your direction to provide the Services. You are responsible for obtaining notices and consents required for personal information that you supply or direct us to process.
6. Safeguards and cross-border processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to sensitivity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our service providers or systems may process or store information outside your province or Canada, where it may be subject to that jurisdiction's laws. We will make information about our privacy practices available on request as required by applicable law.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for identified purposes, legal and business requirements, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Unless a longer period is required or reasonably necessary:
- verified agreement acceptance evidence and immutable document snapshots are retained for the account relationship and seven years after account termination or the last related transaction, whichever is later;
- incomplete, rejected, or unverified account-request and agreement-attempt records are retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting;
- account, support, billing, and Customer Content records follow the service lifecycle and applicable contractual, legal, backup, and deletion schedules; and
- a legal hold, dispute, audit, fraud investigation, or legal requirement suspends ordinary deletion for affected records.
When information is no longer needed, we securely destroy or anonymize it, subject to lawful retention and backup constraints.
8. Access, correction, and complaints
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about the existence, use, or disclosure of your personal information and request access or correction. Send requests to [email protected] with enough detail for us to verify identity and locate the information. We will respond within the time applicable law requires or explain a lawful limit. You may also have the right to complain to the privacy regulator with jurisdiction over you.
9. Changes and contact
We may issue a new version of this Privacy Notice. Material changes will receive at least 30 days' advance notice when practicable; a change requiring new consent will not rely on old consent. Non-material corrections remain versioned and available.
Privacy and legal questions, access requests, and notices may be sent to Bizyeet Business Automation Solutions (BizYeet), 68 Coopers Heights Southwest, Airdrie, Alberta T4B 2S1, Canada, [email protected].
